• Two color photos 35mm by 45mm white background 80% of the face should be visible.

• Original covering letter from Indian company on company letterhead in detail.

• A copy of the invitation letter from France in detail.

• Personal income tax papers for the last 3 years.

• Personal Bank Statement for the Last 6 Months.

• Salary slips for the last 3 months.

• Return air ticket and Indian company registration copy.

• Overseas medical insurance as per the Air TKT.

• Hotel Booking.

Tourist Visa:

• Valid passport for 6 months from the date of return.

• Two color photos 35mm by 45mm white background 80% of the face should be visible.

• Cover letter from Pax on company letterhead If working, then cover the letter on plain paper and leave the letter from the Indian company.

• Confirmed hotel confirmation as per the air ticket.

• Personal IT paper for the last 3 years.

• Personal bank statement for the last six months, if working, then salary slips for the last three months.

• Overseas medical insurance as per the Air TKT.

• Return air ticket.

• If pax is doing his own business, then a copy of the company registration is required in English.

If the pax is sponsored by somebody from France for a tourist visa, then the consulate requires the original sponsorship letter [Attestation Di Accuel].
