Business Visa:

• Original passport valid for at least 1 year. (The old passport’s first and last page and all the used pages are mandatory.)

• Two 50 x 50-inch photographs with a white background should be used, with 07% of the face visible.

• Cover letter on company letterhead with applicant’s name, passport number, travel dates, and date of joining.

• Invitation letter with applicant’s name, passport number, and travel dates.

• Xerox of the first and last pages of a passport in colour on one page only.

• Ticket itenary after submission of 07 to 08 working days.

• Travel insurance as per ticket.

• Personal bank statement from the previous three months, with bank seal and signature, minimum balance of Rs. one lakh.

• Last three months salary slip copy.

• Indian company registration certificate copy.

• One Xerox copy of the full application.

Tourist Visa:

• Original passport valid for at least 1 year. (The old passport’s first and last page and all the used pages are mandatory.)

• Two 50 x 50 photographs with a white background should be used, with 70% of the face visible.

• Covering letter on Company letter head with applicant’s name, passport number & travel dates (if having own business), if working in a company then we required covering letter on plain paper & Org Leave letter with exact leave dates.

• Hotel booking as per TKT itinerary.

• Day-to-day itenary.

• Ticket itenary after submission of 07 and 08 working days.

• Travel insurance as per ticket.

• Personal bank statement from the previous three months, with bank seal and signature, minimum balance of Rs. one lakh.

• Last three months’ salary slip copy.

• Indian company registration certificate copy.

• Xerox of the first and last pages of a passport in color on one page only.

• One xerox copy of the full application.

If Traveling with Minor:

• Birth certificate copy required and home department from Mantralay.

• Parents need to be present at the Israel Consulate in Mumbai for the signing of the Declaration of Minor Consent Form. An appointment should be taken at the time of submission. Parents must carry.

• Original birth certificate and original Aadhar card of a child at the Israel Consulate for signing a declaration.

• child’s school ID copy.

Please Note: On the cover letter and invitation letter, the travel date must be shown after the submission of seven working days, as the Israel Consulate is taking seven working days to process the visa.
