Business Visa:

• Valid passport for 3 months from the date of return.

• Two 35 x 45-inch photographs with a white background should be used, with 80% of the face visible.

• Covering letter from Indian company in detail.

• Original or copy invitation letter with the name and designation of the person who signs the invitation. An invitation should have a guarantee. The clause is as follows: The Italian business operator must include a declaration to the effect that he is aware of the nature of penal responsibility he assumes in case the foreigner he has invited, sponsored, or guaranteed violates Italian immigration laws.

• Signing person’s ID card copy.

• Indian company registration copy.

• Chamber of Commerce letter from the Italian Company with the name of the invitee and the name of the person who signed the invitation. Foreign exchange as per the travel or an international credit card copy with a credit card statement that shows the credit limit as per the travel.

• Personal income tax returns for the previous three years.

• Indian company income tax copies for the last 3 years.

• Personal original bank statement of the passenger for six months with bank seal and signature.

• Indian Company’s original bank statement for the last six months with bank seal and sing.

• Salary slips for the last 3 months.

• Hotel confirmation is required for the business visa as per the air ticket.

• Overseas medical insurance minimum for 10 days from the date of travel.

• Return air ticket.

The clause is as follows if the pax is staying for longer than 30 days: In the event that a visa is requested for a continuous stay of more than 30 days, the Italian company’s invitation should be accompanied by a statement that no subordinate or independent working relationship will be established. It must be made clear in particular that the task to be done is not dependent or independent employment, which require a normal work contract under Italian law.

Tourist Visa:

• Valid passport for 3 months from the date of return.

• Please note that in the children’s form, both parents must sign with their children’s signatures or thumb impressions.

• Original covering letter from Pax on company letterhead in detail.

• If Pax is working, then cover the letter on plain paper and leave the letter from the Indian company.

• Hotel confirmation as per the air ticket.

• Personal IT paper for the last 3 years.

• Personal original bank statement for the last 6 months with bank seal and signature.

• If Pax is working, then salary slips for the last 3 months.

• Overseas medical insurance minimum for 10 days from the date of travel.

• Return air ticket.

Please note that if children below 18 are travelling with single parents, then we require a NOC affidavit on 100-pound stamp paper with a notary and home department from both parents.
