Additional entry registration terms for Indian nationals and tourists residing in India:

• An applicant must enter Malaysia from India, Singapore, Thailand, or Brunei only.

• The applicant also must have a return ticket from Malaysia to India, Singapore, Thailand, or Brunei.

For Malaysia, multiple entry, 30 day stay, e-visa, we require: a color copy of the valid ppt 1st and last page in JPG format only, one color photo soft copy in high resolution in JPG format only, a confirmed issued Ticket with an E-Ticket number in PDF format only, and a hotel voucher on agent letterhead in PDF format only.

Note: While collection might be at the consulate, it will ask for any additional documents as well; please inform the applicant in advance.

A valid passport valid for at least six months; two recent color photos, 35 mm x 50 mm, 70% face on white background, not older than three months; Original Covering Letter on Indian Company Letterhead and Invitation Letter Copy from Malaysia; Personal Bank Statement for the Last 01 Month of the Applicant with Bank Seal and Signature on Each Page; Minimum Balance of Rs. 30,000 for Single Person and Rs. 60,000 for Family and Confirmed Ticket with E-Ticket Number.

Tourist Visa :

A valid passport valid for at least six months; two recent color photos, 35 mm x 50 mm, 70% face on white background, not older than three months; The covering letter from the applicant, if travelling by surface, needs to mention the same along with travel date, a personal bank statement for the last 01 month of the applicant with bank seal and signature on each page, a minimum balance of Rs. 30,000 for a single person and Rs. 60,000 for a family, and confirm the ticket with an E-ticket number.
