Business Visa:

• Valid passport for 3 months from the date of return.

• Declaration signed as per the passport.

• Two color photos 35mm *45mm white background 80% of the face should be visible.

• Original Covering Letter from Indian Company on Company Letterhead in Detail.

• Copy of the invitation letter from Portugal in detail.

• Hotel confirmation, personal income tax papers for the last 3 years.

• Personal Bank Statement of the Last 6 Months with Bank Seal.

• Three-month worth of pay stubs with the business seal.

• Return air ticket.

• Copy of the company registration (Please note that the document must be translated, stamped in English, and notarized in English if the company is registered in another language.)

• Pan card copy.

Tourist Visa:

• Valid passport for 3 months from the date of return.

• One visa application form, signed as per the passport.

• Two color photos 35mm by 45mm white background 80% of the face should be visible.

• Covering letter from Pax on company letterhead.

• If working, then cover the letter on plain paper and leave the letter from the Indian company.

• Personal bank statement for the last 6 months with bank seal.

• If working, then salary slips for the last 3 months with the company seal.

•  Return air ticket.

• If you are self-employed, you must provide a copy of your company registration (please note that if your company registration is in another language, you must translate it on 100-sheet stamp paper in English and have it notarized); if someone else is sponsoring the trip, you must request a sponsorship letter on 100-sheet stamp paper in English and have it notarized.

• Pan card copy.
