Now they require the original convocation certificate, final year mark list, and bona fide Certificate to be attested. bona fide certificate you can obtain from your university or college. The Qatar Embassy will attest only regular course certificates.

  • Regional Authentication Centre (RAC) or HRD from the concerned state or SDM New Delhi.

  • Ministry of External Affairs (New Delhi, India).

  • Qatar Embassy (New Delhi, India).

  • Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Qatar (optional).
