Pax applying for any of the following: Visa, covering letter, invitation letter, or hotel booking. Business Visa:

Valid passports last six months, One visa application form No. BI-84, duly filled out and signed by PAX by black pen only as per the PPt, with two recent natural photos on a 35mm x 45mm white background; 80% of the face must be visible, teeth must not be visible, mouth closed, and not used in any visa. Covering letter on company letterhead with physical address and contact details addressed to the South Africa consulate in Mumbai with an authorized person’s name, designation seal, and sign mentioning travel dates with duration of stay with pax’s name and passport number, Invitation letter with company seal, Invitation must be addressed to the consulate with full physical address, contact details, sealed and signed with the authorized person’s name and designation, mentioning travel dates and duration of stay with pax’s name and passport number, an ID card copy of the authorized signatory person who signed the invitation letter from South Africa, attested by the South Africa Police, Hotel confirmation with physical address and contact details, including the applicant’s name and arrival and departure dates, If pax have their own business, then we require personal and original company bank statements for the last three months, signed and sealed by the bank. If Pax is working, then we require salary slips for the last 3 months and salary account bank statements for the last 3 months with the original bank seal and signature. Return ticket.

Tourist Visa:

Valid passports last 6 months, One visa application form No. BI-84 duly filled and signed by PAX by black pen only as per the ppt, 02 natural recent photos 35mm x 45mm white background 80% face must be visible, teeth must not be visible, mouth closed photo not to be used in any other visa Covering letter on company letterhead with physical address and contact details addressing to the South Africa consulate Mumbai with authorized person name, designation seal, and sign mentioning travel dates with duration of stay (if self-employed); if working, a personal covering letter with pax’s physical residence address and cell number on top addressing to the South Africa consulate Mumbai with name, passport number, designation, and sign mentioning travel dates with duration of stay, original leave letter on company letterhead with physical address and contact details addressed to the South Africa consulate Mumbai with pax name, passport number, leave dates as per the travel date, and authorized person name, designation seal, and sign; for children, a NOC letter on school/college/university letterhead with physical address and contact details, pax name, passport number, leave dates as per the travel date, and authorized person name, designation seal, and sign; Hotel confirmation on South African hotel letterhead with physical address and contact details, seal and sign of an authorized person’s name and designation, applicant name and passport number, arrival and departure dates, If Pax owns a business, we will need personal and original company bank statements for the last three months, with the bank’s original seal and signature. If Pax is working, then we require salary slips for the last 3 months and salary account bank statements for the last 3 months with the original bank seal and signature. If children under the age of 18 are travelling without their parents, an affidavit on 100-rupee stamp paper that has been notarized is required. If the child is under the age of 18, he or she must submit a true copy of his or her birth certificate along with the application and must carry the original along with the true copy when travelling alone or with parents.
