Business Visa:

  • Original passport valid for at least six months.

  • A covering letter on company letterhead with the designation of pax, purpose of travelling, travel dates, and who will bear all expenses during the trip, along with the name of the higher signatory authority and their designation, should be mentioned below, along with the original company seal.

  • Invitation from Turkey along with the Turkish company seal and signing person’s name, designation, and VD number in the company seal.

  • Indian company registration copy is required, and we have to do Notary n Mantralay on that copy as per the Turkey consulate rules [if the company owner is travelling] for the proprietor and director firm for the partnership firm, we need company registration copy and partnership deeds copy, and we have to do Notary n Mantralay on both.

  • Original Bank Statement for the last three months to the date of the personal and company statements along with the bank seal if working salary should be reflecting on his bank statement balance above $1.

  • If you are an employee, please include the original company seal on salary slips for the last three months.

  • 02 color photo, 2.5 by 2.5 inches, white background 80% face should be seen.

  • Return air ticket.

  • Travel Insurance.

Tourist:

  • Original passport valid at least for 06 months.

  • A covering letter on company letterhead with the designation of pax, purpose of travelling, travel dates, and who will bear all expenses during the trip, along with the name of the higher signatory authority and their designation, should be mentioned below, along with the original company seal.
